    KJ-V1200-JS223 vacuum furnace is used for vacuum annealing and brazing of powder material such as,rare earth permanent magnet alloy, carbide, metal ceramics, high temperature alloy, cemented carbide alloy, ceramic, etc. The furnace is with metal shield chamber and equipped with a mechanical rotary vacuum pump,and diffusion pump to ensure a max. high vacuum degree of 6.7x10-4pa(cool state).

    The main composition of the equipment:
    KJ-V1200-JS223 vacuum furnace is a horizontal, single-chamber structure, and its furnace body and door are double-layer water-cooled, and the front door structure is opened. Composed of furnace body, heating chamber, vacuum system, water cooling system, electric control and power supply system.
    1. Furnace Body
    The overall structure of the furnace is composed of a furnace shell, a furnace door, and a lock mechanism of the furnace door. The furnace shell and the furnace door have a double-jacketed cold wall structure. The furnace body is composed of a furnace barrel and a furnace door. The inner wall of the furnace barrel is made of stainless steel, and the outer wall of the furnace barrel and the furnace door are made of carbon steel. The furnace door is a front-opening structure, which is welded by a double-layer elliptical head and a round flange. The flange is equipped with an O-ring seal. The material can be loaded and taken out by opening the front furnace door, and the heating chamber main body and the electrode and the suction port of the main vacuum pump are arranged in the middle.
    1. Heating Chamber
    The heating system adopts molybdenum-belt and stainless steel as the heat preservation furnace, and the high temperature molybdenum belt is used as the heating element, and the specially designed ceramic parts are used for insulation, which can avoid short circuit to the greatest extent; the circuit and the furnace body have good insulation performance, which is easy to disassemble, clean and replace.
    1. Vacuum System
    Rotary vane pump + diffusion pump unit, high-vacuum Pneumatic baffle valve valve, compound vacuum gauge, vacuum pressure gauge, vacuum vent valve, vacuum pipeline, etc., and there is an air-filling interface. In order to reduce the vibration of the furnace body, the vacuum pipeline and the pump are connected with a high-vacuum bellows pipeline, and the vacuum measurement is measured by a digital composite vacuum gauge. Ultimate vacuum: 6.67×10-4Pa (Empty furnace,Cold state)
    1. Electric control system
    4.1 It is composed of programmable touch screen temperature controller voltmeter and ammeter, indicator light, knob, button, etc. to realize power supply, control and alarm protection functions.
    4.2 The programmable controller can accurately control the temperature. The whole process can be carried out automatically, and is equipped with a manual operating system.
    4.3 The thermocouple is an S-type thermocouple, which is used to randomly detect the temperature in the furnace.
    4.4 Vacuum measurement adopts digital display vacuum gauge, integrated into the control panel.
    4.5 It has the functions of over-temperature, water cut, and power cut safety protection, and the furnace body is equipped with a safety valve device.
    1. Water Chiller system
    The furnace body, door, and vacuum unit of the vacuum furnace require cooling water. The system is distributed by the main water supply pipe to each cooling part, adopts a closed water circulation system, is equipped with an automatic chiller system, and the inlet and return water pipes are all stainless pipes. The PLC temperature control system has high temperature control accuracy and simple operation. It can be used normally without professionals.
    1. Safety system
    Safety system includes water stop, over temperature, heating over current.
